According to the EMA document, BioNTech endotoxin standard is set at ≤12.5 EU/mL. The actual amount per dose remains unknown.

According to BioNTech paper, a lethal dose appears to be 0.1–0.5 ng/kg, but I have not performed calculations due to unit inconsistencies.
